Let me introduce myself. My name is Keith Cunningham and I am a registered Marriage Celebrant. I’m fully experienced, qualified and trained with the Academy of Celebrancy Australia. This professional organisation encourages a high standard of service to their clients, and strict code of ethics. I have worked at Cabrini Hospital as a Senior Orderly for 5 years and have worked in other hospitals with a major senior role. I understand the importance of family and community and enjoy the bringing together of families in marriage.

Your Ceremony Package Includes:

- Professionally conducted ceremony Fee The total cost for my service is $486.00 A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to be payed at your interview. The remainder of your fee to be payed one week prior to your wedding, usually at your rehearsal.
My fee includes all travel expenses, unlimited phone and email contact,an interview, on site rehearsal, personalised marriage ceremony, a copy of your ceremony to keep, all legal documents and your marriage certificate.

Legal Requirements
1. Notice of Intended Marriage form ( click here to download ) This needs to be completed no later than 1 month and 1 day before your marriage ceremony and no earlier than 6 months. FILL IN WITH BLACK PEN AND DO NOT SIGN AND DATE
2. Either a Birth Certificate or Birth extract. ( This must not be a copy)
3. If divorced a Decree Absolute
4. If widowed a Death Certificate. Birth and Death certificates in Victoria 1300369367

Bring to your Interview
1. All relevant legal documentation.
2. Notice of Intended Marriage Form.
3. This Client Information Form.
4. Draft of Marriage Ceremony, if you have one.
5. $100.00 non-refundable deposit.
